How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
We can only update your shipping address before shipment. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please ensure that your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers.
Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. And we are unable to cancel an order after shipment. Please keep an eye on your order status by checking "My Orders" to make sure you can receive your order.
How do I change/modify my order?
Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.
It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.
Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
We do accept payment through BCA Virtual Account, transfer through bank BCA and payment through Visa Card dan Master Card.
You will receive your order within 4-5 working days.
Your order will be delivered by one of the carriers below:
- Express : Fast delivery for Indonesia region, in 1-2 days.
- Regular : Normal delivery for Indonesia region, in 2-4 days work hour.
- GOJEK/Grab Express : Delivery through ojek online available for Jabodetabek only, can be send after the payment is done. We will not responsible for the GOJEK's order and payment methods. To prevent any mistaken order or more information, please call the help centre first before proceeding.
Please note that we have no obligation for any loss of items during delivery process and it is not refundable.
We only accept return if the tags still attached only. So we advised to our customers to please carefully check the garment before removing the tags. The returns/exchanges are only can be done for defective items or if we misplaced your order, and only can be done from 1 week the day customer's package arrived.
